How can I refund my order?

How can I cancel my autoshipping orders?
There are a couple ways that you can cancel your auto shipping product.
Option 1. Contact us, and we will do it for you.
We are more than happy to cancel your account for you at any time. You can contact us via phone, email or through our contact form, whichever is the most convenient for you. We will cancel your account right away.
Option 2. Cancel your subscription online
If you know the email and zip you used to place your order, you can cancel your account online. Just click the 'Request Cancel' button below and follow the simple steps below. We're standing by, if you need any assistance at all.
Step 2. After clicking the Cancel link, you will be asked for your email and zip, once validated your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
Step 3. Please check you email, if the cancellation was successful, you would have received an email from us stating so.
